We are sometimes asked to help trap and neuter cats and kittens that are living outdoors, which are suitable for rehoming to farms, stables, or other outdoor settings. In order to stress them as little as possible we do not keep the cats confined for long periods, and therefore we do not list these cats on our adoption pages. To adopt our outdoor cats and kittens you will need to agree to support feed the animals, and initially you must be able to contain them in a safe and secure space for a month or so, so that they learn their new home and food supply. In time, some feral cats become very tame, even coming indoors to sit by the fire, while others remain elusive and are rarely seen by their keepers. All outdoor cats and kittens are neutered and chipped prior to rehoming.
